Ms. Kramer is a Director of LSM and responsible for project management and developing new and existing relationships with pension consultants, secondaries, soverign funds and corporate North America.<\/p>\n
\n

Prior to joining LSM, Ms. Kramer was an Investment Director in the Investment Bank at Compass Holdings (London, UK) where she led investment due diligence and monitoring for primary M&A across the organisation. Prior to joining Compass, she was a Financial Research Analyst with Mercer, a private research and investment consultancy firm also headquartered in London. At Mercer, she conducted financial and geopolitical research in support of multiple classes in the MENA region.<\/p>\n

Ms. Kramer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Mcgill University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Mr. Parker is an Senior Director with LSM Advisors. Mr. Parker has extensive experience in all aspects of financial oversight including dynamic transformation initiatives, due diligence, M&A integration planning and execution, insurance and risk management strategies, supply chain tactics, contract negotiations, interim executive-level finance support, oversight of portfolio-wide financial reporting and financial planning & analysis.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Prior to joining LSM, Mr. Parker was a senior manager with Barber Hauler Capital Advisors, at Barber Haueler, Mr. Parker was a member of the M&A transaction services practice, advising private equity and strategic buyers on buy-side M&A transactions, and providing sell-side consulting services to private equity-backed businesses and other privately held companies. His advisory services included financial\/accounting due diligence, quality of earnings reviews, working capital analysis, pro-forma financial statement preparation, profitability analysis, carve-out analysis, forecasting and financial reporting infrastructure evaluations.<\/p>\n

Mr. Parker received his Bachelor of Arts with a dual major in accounting and finance from Wake Forest.
